This Autumn fifty leading engineers from the UK and around the world were elected as Fellows of the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) in recognition of their outstanding and continuing contributions to the profession.

The trustees and staff of the Engineering Council were pleased to congratulate Professor Chris Atkin FREng CEng FRAes, Professor of Aeronautical Engineering at City University London and Chairman of the Engineering Council, on his election to Fellowship. The Engineering Council is also pleased to see the majority of new Fellows are registrants and would like to congratulate them on this significant achievement.
