The recently published Office of Students’ (OfS) Business Plan 2018-19 includes within its strategic objectives an expectation of continued financial support for the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects. It also expects to develop measures to meet future labour market demands by matching the skill needs of the economy to course offerings.
