Diversity and Inclusion framework for SMEs

The Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) is reaching out to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in engineering to inform the development of a framework to support these businesses in increasing Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
The new framework will be specifically designed for organisations employing 250 people or less and will address SME’s D&I needs and aspirations, challenge the status quo and support the integration of D&I across organisational functions. It will also consider D&I issues in relation to recruitment and retention of people.
