Nominate a promising CEng for the Karen Burt Award

The Karen Burt Award is open to nominations

WES logoNominations for the 2016 Karen Burt Awards are open. The annual £1,000 award is presented by the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) to the stand-out newly registered female Chartered Engineer, to raise the profile of women engineers and encourage more women to aim for and celebrate the achievement of CEng status. Professional engineering institutions are invited to nominate one candidate for this award, following their normal professional review process, by 31 July, 2016. Candidates are committed to the industry and are usually active in the promotion of the engineering profession.
