EngTechs enthuse about Apprenticeships

EngTechs talk about their Apprenticeship experiences

In the spirit of National Apprenticeship Week earlier this year, the Engineering Council has been speaking to several former apprentices about their respective experiences and their journey to becoming professionally registered as Engineering Technicians (EngTech):

Newly registered EngTech Bethany Holroyd is a Civil Engineering Technician working in the Scottish Highlands. Speaking about Apprenticeships, she says: “I truly believe they are the way forward. Barry Durrand Plumbing and Heating Manager Barry Durrand manages a team at Sparks Mechanical Services in Aberdeen. Professional Development Manager Steven Gasser is a former apprentice and now works on the recruitment and development of apprentices for his firm.
