These enable prospective and current students, employers, universities, registration authorities outside the UK and the public to check whether a specific qualification or programme has been approved or accredited as meeting the education requirements for a given category of professional registration.

This database can be used to search for qualifications and programmes that professional engineering institutions have approved as contributing towards Engineering Technician (EngTech) or ICT Technician (ICTTech) registration

Recognised Older Courses
Recognised older courses are qualifications that are deemed equivalent to the Engineering Council accredited course and fully satisfy the education requirement for CEng or IEng respectively. These qualifications are recognised for standard route to registration.
